Start with the field, not the feature list
Legacy vendors sell modules. We start by mapping how work actually happens: who decides, what breaks, what gets patched manually. The product follows the workflow.
ArcRos / Engineering company
Software · Health · Agriculture · Defense
ArcRos is an engineering company of innovators and problem solvers. We build in four industries: software, health, agriculture, and defense. We find what is broken in the field and ship the software that fixes it.
Sectors in build
Sectors
We build where software quality changes real outcomes: the tools engineers work with, the clinics that care for people, the fields that feed them, and the systems that protect them.
Our own workflow is customer zero.
Precision tools for the people who build. Our own engineering workflow is the first customer. Nothing ships that has not survived internal use.
Physician fatigue is an engineering problem.
Clinical software that returns time to physicians. We work on the documentation load, handoff friction, and administrative drag behind burnout. It is designed with the clinicians who carry it, not for a buyer who never sees a patient.
Observation to action, in one pass.
Field operations where precision beats volume. Software that connects observation to action for growers who cannot afford blanket approaches.
Auditable by construction.
Dual-use engineering for national security problems. Reliability, auditability, and sovereign control of data are design constraints, not afterthoughts.

01
Legacy vendors sell modules. We start by mapping how work actually happens: who decides, what breaks, what gets patched manually. The product follows the workflow.
02
Spreadsheets and aging SaaS cannot keep up with policy velocity, public accountability, or field precision. We build software for how operations run now.
03
A senior engineering team works across a small portfolio. We enter verticals where domain judgment and technical precision compound. Not every exploration becomes a product.
Portfolio
Further ventures are in motion, including work in health and defense. We name them when they are ready to be seen.
Capabilities
Technical themes we reuse across ventures. Some are in production; others are in active development.
01
We extract real workflows from operators and encode them as versioned procedures. What ships reflects field reality, not imagined best practice.
02
From scoped problem through build to what the buyer sees on day one. No black boxes, no handoffs that lose context.
03
Shared engineering foundations let a small team deliver across software, health, agriculture, and defense without rebuilding coordination from scratch each time.
04
Imagery, sensor data, and operational signals in; actionable output out. Software first, hardware agnostic.
Operating model
We publish how we work and where we are building. The parts that need discretion stay internal.
