Rebuild tools for how work actually happens
Legacy software assumed operators would live in dashboards. We turn workflows into versioned procedures, assisted in software and corrected by domain experts, then stored as company memory.
ArcRos / Est. 2026
ArcRos is an engineering company. We build SaaS and platform tools from the ground up, use AI where it earns its place, and keep judgment with the people who know the work.

01
Legacy software assumed operators would live in dashboards. We turn workflows into versioned procedures, assisted in software and corrected by domain experts, then stored as company memory.
02
The next generation of tools will not be chat over documents. They will read context, take action, and improve from corrections. We build those loops by design, including agent-native surfaces only where automation is proven.
03
A shared orchestration layer lets a small engineering team operate across markets without duplicating coordination work. We enter verticals carefully. Not everything we explore becomes a venture.
Capabilities
Technical themes we reuse across ventures. Some are in production; others are in active development.
01
Turn resolved work into structured, versioned playbooks. Real procedures, not imagined best practice.
02
Every edit merges back into the asset. The diff history is the proof.
03
One coordination layer delegates to specialized workflows as the portfolio grows.
04
Field imagery in, minimal intervention out. Software first, hardware agnostic.
Operating model
We publish the routing layer and venture list. The parts that need discretion stay internal.
