About ArcRos

Engineering company

Innovatorswho ship

We are senior builders and industry collaborators. We pick problems worth solving, define acceptance criteria with the people who live the work, and deliver software you can evaluate on day one.

ArcRos exists because too much critical work still runs on tools built for a slower era: spreadsheets, email chains, legacy SaaS patched year after year. We build in four industries: software, health, agriculture, and defense. We work alongside the engineers, clinicians, growers, and operators who live with the stakes.

We carry a small portfolio of ventures because the discipline is the same each time: understand the workflow, build the product, prove what it does before asking anyone to trust it.

Who builds

Senior engineers, operator partnerships

ArcRos is an in-house engineering company—not an agency layer on outsourced delivery. Builders hold product judgment; domain operators validate workflows before anything ships externally.

01

Field-validated workflows

Every venture starts with operators in the room: clinicians documenting handoffs, growers running scouting passes, analysts under time pressure. Acceptance criteria come from them, not a slide deck.

02

Products we run first

Slott runs across our own engineering work before public release. We do not sell tools we have not depended on internally. That discipline extends to every product in the portfolio.

03

Accountable delivery

Clear scope, named owners, and audit-friendly decision paths. When liability or taste matters, people approve—not an automated pipeline pretending to hold judgment.

Principles

How we work

Three commitments that decide what we take on, how we build it, and what carries forward to the next venture.

01

Problem first

We do not start with a demo. We start with what is broken, who feels it, and what good looks like when the software is gone and the outcome remains.

02

Ship with accountability

Clear scope, clear owners, clear acceptance criteria. We build in the open with partners who can correct us early.

03

Reuse what we learn

Engineering patterns, data models, and delivery playbooks travel across ventures. Each new product inherits real build experience instead of starting from zero.

Shared layer

Shared engineering foundations

Data models, delivery patterns, and build discipline travel across ventures. Each new product inherits months of engineering practice instead of rebuilding from scratch.
