MedKey · Medical and nursing education

Study material you can check.

MedKey is an AI study platform for medical and nursing students. Every question it writes points back to the source passage it came from. When the sources do not support a topic, MedKey says so instead of guessing.

The problem

A confident wrong answer is the most expensive kind.

Students now study with general-purpose chatbots that write fluent questions and explanations with no way to see where a claim came from. When one is wrong, it is wrong with total confidence, and the student has no way to tell.

In medicine, that is not a small error. It is a fact a future clinician may carry into practice. MedKey is built so every item can be traced and checked, by the student and by faculty.

How it works

From a source passage to a question you can trace.

  1. 01

    Start from a source

Questions are generated from specific passages in the source material, never from the model's general memory.

  2. 02

    Cite the passage

Each question carries a citation to the passage it came from, so a student can check the reasoning.

  3. 03

    Abstain on gaps

Where sources cannot support a topic, no question is written. The gap stays visible.

  4. 04

    Faculty review

Educators review, correct or reject items in a queue before they reach students.

What is inside

Built for how clinical knowledge is actually tested.

01

Grounded question bank

Each question is generated from a specific source passage and shows a citation to it. Explanations stay inside what that passage supports.

02

Abstains when sources run out

If the source material cannot support a topic, the engine does not write a question for it. A gap in coverage is shown as a gap, not filled with a guess.

03

OSCE simulator with voice

Practice clinical encounters out loud with a simulated patient, the way objective structured clinical exams are actually run.

04

Faculty review queue

Educators can review, correct or reject items before they reach students, so the people accountable for the curriculum stay in control of it.

Exam tracks

Tracks open when they are ready, not before.

Each track has a readiness gate covering source coverage and review. A track opens only when it passes. Until then, you can join its waitlist.
