ArcRos Inc. · Applied AI for medicine

Medical AI that knows when to stay silent.

We build software for medicine that cites its sources, abstains when the evidence is thin, and keeps patient data private by default. Medicine first. Defense next.

Products

Two products. One standard of evidence.

One helps the next generation of clinicians learn. The other helps practicing clinicians decide. Both are held to the same rule: show the evidence, or stay quiet.

01 · Medical and nursing education

Early access

MedKey

A study platform where every question shows its source.

MedKey is an AI study platform for medical and nursing students. Every question cites the passage it was written from, and the engine declines to write questions when the sources cannot support a topic.

  • Grounded question bank with a citation on every item
  • OSCE simulator with voice
  • Faculty review queue before content reaches students

02 · Primary care decision support

In development

Cresca

Decision support that earns the interruption.

Cresca is clinical decision support for primary care, built against alert fatigue. It follows each patient's own trajectory, stays quiet when the evidence is thin, and when it does speak, it offers ranked options with their tradeoffs.

  • Watches each patient's trajectory over time
  • Stays silent when the evidence is thin
  • Ranked options with tradeoffs, not one directive

How we build

Built for places where a wrong answer costs something.

Grounded

Every output traces back to a source a person can open and check.

Abstains

When the evidence does not support an answer, the system says so.

Private by default

Patient data stays out of language models unless a deployment explicitly allows it.

Options, not orders

Software lays out the choices and their tradeoffs. People make the call.

The difference

What changes when software is built for high-stakes work.

Where we are going

Medicine first. Defense next.

We start where the cost of a wrong answer is obvious and the people doing the work are overloaded. The same discipline carries into defense.

  1. Now

    Medicine

MedKey for clinical education and Cresca for primary care. This is where all current product work happens.

  2. Next

    Defense

High-stakes decisions on aging software, under review afterward. Active research only. Nothing has shipped and we will not announce a product before it is real.

  3. Research

    Spatial computing

We are exploring AR and VR software for medical and defense training. It is a direction we are studying, not a product.

Who builds it

An engineering company, started by an engineer.

ArcRos was founded by Kevin Bhatt, a computer engineer with a background in data and systems engineering for Ontario's transportation systems and a reservist in the Canadian Armed Forces. The company is small on purpose and builds its own products end to end.
